Peruth's dream of becoming a nurse is fueled by her deep-seated desire to nurture and educate those in need, aiming to enhance their lives with knowledge on balanced nutrition and personal hygiene. Her ambitions extend beyond the immediate act of caregiving; she envisions a future where her career not only allows her to assist others in leading healthier lives but also secures a stable foundation for her family. Having been awarded the Forward Africa Education Trust scholarship in high school, Peruth embarked on a pivotal journey with us, participating in a three-month mentorship program also sponsored by Forward Africa Education Trust after her high school graduation. This program was designed to arm her with crucial professional skills, from drafting effective emails to establishing a strong LinkedIn presence, all while receiving personalized guidance from our career mentor.
In our commitment to Peruth's career growth, we supported her in the scholarship application process for various Rwandan universities, ensuring she had access to the necessary opportunities to further her nursing aspirations. Peruth is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in General Nursing at the East African Christian College in Rwanda.
